Just ask Steve Sherman, the Victoria center fielder, who swung a sweet bat all week to not only aid his team, but also pick up the Buck O'Neil League Player of the Week honors. Sherman piled up 8 hits in 11 at-bats, 4 home runs and 6 RBIs while hitting .727. Sherman has a .244 average and a .342 on-base percentage for the year.
