 | Rodríguez Wins Best Bat Award in June Wednesday, July 1st, 2015 Luis Rodríguez is not used to being associated with Batter of the Month-caliber players, but today the Whitewater second baseman joined that select company when the August Herrman League announced the results of June's voting. Rodríguez totaled 29 hits, 12 walks, 4 home runs, 28 RBIs and 13 runs scored last month to put together a .333 batting average and .410 on-base percentage. Currently Rodríguez is batting .260 with 69 hits and 5 home runs. He has knocked in 39 runs and scored 27 times. |   |
