 | Bums Snap Brunskill's Streak at 29 Tuesday, May 26th, 2015 The Palm Beach Bums got more than a 3-1 victory over Dearborn today at Silvery Lane Field. They put an end to Rudolf Brunskill's 29-game hitting spree by holding him without a hit in 4 at-bats. But it was no big deal to the Pioneers shortstop. Brunskill seemed to feel more for his team than himself. "I had some great looks at some pitches that I should have hit. I missed some that I shouldn't have swung at. All in all, I wasn't much help with the bat today." This season Brunskill is batting .397 with 1 home run. His totals include 14 RBIs and 22 runs scored. |   |
