 | Oscar Compton Wins BOL Trophy Monday, May 18th, 2015 Oscar Compton of the Victoria Vikings was locked in all week as he bullied the pitchers he faced. Compton put up some great numbers and hauled in the Buck O'Neil League Player of the Week trophy. He hit .583 with 3 home runs and 8 RBIs. The 19-year-old first baseman also scored 5 runs and for the week went 7-12. So far this season, Compton has recorded a .250 batting average with 20 hits, 3 home runs, 11 RBIs, 9 runs scored and a .291 OBP. |   |
