 | Tommy Simmons Out of Action Thursday, May 7th, 2015 San Angelo Mustangs reliever Tommy Simmons suffered a torn back muscle during a recent game with the Baltimore Blue Claws and will miss 4-5 months. Simmons told BNN, "I hurt it throwing a pitch. I'm optimistic that I will be back quicker than they say." Simmons's record this season is 0-and-0 with no saves and a 1.93 ERA.
