 | Lewis Goes Hitless, Streak Stopped at 20 Tuesday, September 9th, 2014 The Cherry Hill Stealers did something to Cam Lewis no team had done for the last 20 games -- they held him hitless and stopped his consecutive-game hitting streak. But they didn't stop the Princes. Bel Air came away with a 15-0 victory at Tim Raines Stadium. Commenting on the demise of the streak, the 23-year-old catcher told BNN, "Hey, I knew it wasn't going to last forever, but it was a good ride while it lasted." This season Lewis has hit 2 home runs and posted a .283 batting average. |   |
