 | BOL Announces Best Pitcher for August Monday, September 1st, 2014 In August, Jim Loveridge tore through the Buck O'Neil League like a seasoned veteran -- quite impressive for a player only 23 years old. The young Victoria starter posted a 4-2 mark and an ERA of 1.67 to earn the Pitcher of the Month award. In 43 innings he collected 30 strikeouts while limiting the opposition to a .220 average. To this point in the season Loveridge has 7 wins and 5 losses and a 2.84 ERA. |   |
