 | Takahashi Chosen #1 Player Monday, June 30th, 2014 It was announced today that Victoria right fielder Takesi Takahashi had received the Buck O'Neil League Player of the Week Award for his impressive play last week. All week long he was terrific at the plate and won the honor with a .600 BA (15-25), 2 home runs and 9 RBIs. For the season Takahashi has hit .337 with 8 home runs and 46 RBIs. He has played in 74 games and scored 46 times. |   |
