 | Star of the Week Awarded in ACL Monday, August 10th, 2015 So far in his young career, Alfonso Rodríguez has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the Alexander Cartwright League in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 19-year-old Prussian Marxists center fielder hit at a torrid .400 clip as he collected 10 hits in 25 at-bats, 4 home runs, 8 RBIs and 6 runs scored. Presently Rodríguez is hitting .186 with 19 home runs and 48 RBIs. He has played in 96 games and scored 42 times. |   |
