He hurled the New York Ninjas to a 3-0 shutout victory over the Cincinnati Snaps, yielding 3 hits with 8 strikeouts and 2 walks. "He threw strikes and he was always around the plate," the Cincinnati skipper said. "The ball was doing everything he wanted it to do.
