 | Dwyer and Sáenz Brawl, League Suspends Them Wednesday, September 10th, 2014 Hot tempers flared and a few punches were thrown at the Grand Haven and Asheville game yesterday and ended up with two players ejected. Jim Dwyer of the Whitecaps and Carlos Sáenz of the Tourists have now been reprimanded and issued 9-game suspensions by the league commissioner for their parts in the fracas. This year Dwyer has hit at a .229 pace and produced 62 RBIs, 8 home runs and scored 60 runs. This season Sáenz has gone 1-12 with an ERA of 8.11, posting 67 strikeouts in 81 innings. |   |
