 | ACL Star of the Week Named Monday, August 25th, 2014 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Alexander Cartwright League, but last week Kiichi Amano of the Silicon Valley Hackers reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Amano rocked opposing pitching for a .400 average (8-20), 6 home runs and 10 RBIs to come away with the award. In his season totals Amano has 12 home runs and a .227 batting average. |   |
