 | Denton Cracks 5 Hits Sunday, August 4th, 2013 It was a super day at bat for Ed Denton. He went to the plate 6 times and rapped out base hits 5 times. Nonetheless his Spokane Bulldogs suffered a setback at the hands of the Murfreesboro Deacons. They dealt them a 6-5 loss. Ed Denton singled in the 1st, singled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, hit a two-run double in the 7th, tripled in the 8th and flied out in the 10th. |   |
