 | Miller Earns BCL Player of the Week Monday, September 3rd, 2012 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Blake Camden League, but last week Bill Miller of the Philadelphia Freedom reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Miller rocked opposing pitching for a .500 average (10-20), 1 home run and 7 RBIs to come away with the award. This year Miller is hitting .245 with 16 home runs and 67 RBIs to his credit. He has gotten on base at a .342 clip and scored 51 runs. |   |
