"What a day!" he said. "We win and I get 5 hits! Couldn't be better!"
"He was patient up there today," the Coronado skipper told the press after the game. "I like the way he waited for his pitch and wasn't overly agressive. Morgan has a tendency to go after some bad balls sometimes."

This season Morgan is swinging the bat at a .372 rate with 68 hits in 183 at-bats. To date he has hit 6 home runs, scored 37 runs and driven in 34. | |
