 | White Wins BCL Player of the Week Prize Monday, August 10th, 2015 At the age of 28, Eugene White might have some potential he hasn't realized yet -- if his success at the plate last week is any indication. The Joplin right fielder put up some exceptional numbers the past seven days with a .440 batting average. For his efforts White collected the Blake Camden League Player of the Week Award. He racked up 11 hits in 25 at-bats, 3 home runs and 8 RBIs last week in 7 games. This year White is hitting .306, produced 64 RBIs and 20 home runs, scored 54 times and gotten on base at a .387 rate. |   |
