 | BCL Selects Eida June's Top Starter Wednesday, July 1st, 2015 Over the past month Sakutaro Eida has turned quite a few heads. He's young, talented and able to pitch with the established arms in the Blake Camden League. He proved all that and now he's been named June's Pitcher of the Month. The rookie for the Philadelphia Freedom posted 5-0 mark and a 3.03 ERA. In 6 starts he tossed 38.2 innings, permitted 39 hits and fanned 27 batters. On the year Eida has compiled a 8-4 mark with a 3.86 ERA. |   |
