 | Bill Frude Wins KSL Trophy Monday, August 11th, 2014 23-year-old Bill Frude made a few Fort Worth headlines during this past week as the rookie first baseman proved he could compete at the plate with his high-school idols. He captured the attention of fans, journalists and Kade Stenson League officials last week and today took home Player of the Week honors for his effort. He cracked 12 hits in 29 at-bats to put up a .414 average. Frude collected 1 home run, 8 RBIs and scored 7 runs. This year Frude has hit at a .304 clip with 25 RBIs, 4 home runs and 18 runs scored. |   |
