 | Kansas City-Montreal Deal: Guerrero for Johnson Friday, February 15th, 2013 After a week of negotiations, the Tornadoes and Bandits have come to terms on a deal that will send 37-year-old third baseman Emílio Guerrero, 26-year-old starting pitcher Ray Clay and $5,000,000 in cash to Montreal for 23-year-old minor league starting pitcher Martin Merritt, 23-year-old minor league first baseman Jeffrey Hall, 21-year-old minor league starting pitcher Robert Price and 33-year-old third baseman Jeff Johnson. Career-to-date Guerrero is hitting .263 with a total of 35 home runs. |   |
