 | Mile High Swaps Morris to Las Vegas for Whitehead Monday, July 30th, 2012 The Mile High Mustangs have made a deal sending 35-year-old starting pitcher Clay Morris to the Las Vegas Jokers for 24-year-old minor league second baseman Bill Whitehead, 20-year-old minor league right fielder Júlio Rodríguez and 19-year-old minor league starting pitcher Paul Durden. Both sides are said to be pleased with the way the trade worked out. So far this season Morris has a record of 7-8 with 102 strikeouts and 39 walks in 140.1 innings and a 3.08 ERA. |   |
