 | Jim Thompson to Miss 6-7 Months Friday, August 28th, 2015 The Barn Owls will be minus Jim Thompson for about 6-7 months after the starting pitcher suffered a torn labrum while throwing a pitch in a recent game against Jacksonville. Thompson and the Ann Arbor skipper were hoping further examination might show there was less damage than originally thought and he would be absent a shorter duration. This season Thompson has compiled a 6-9 mark, 6.86 ERA and made 22 starts. |   |
