 | Mustangs Reliever Meade Injured Saturday, July 25th, 2015 The Mustangs will be minus Mal Meade for about 10 months after the reliever suffered a damaged elbow ligament while throwing a pitch in a recent game against Kansas City. Meade and the Mile High skipper were hoping further examination might show there was less damage than originally thought and he would be absent a shorter duration. To date, Meade has collected 2 saves in 56 relief appearances. He has rung up 59 strikeouts and 18 walks in 62.1 innings while registering a 2.60 ERA and a 2-2 won-lost record. |   |
