 | Kiyomizu Wins TML Player of the Week Monday, June 15th, 2015 26-year-old Hideyori Kiyomizu sent shock waves through Adult Baseball League last week with an eye-popping performance that brought him the Thurman Munson League Player of the Week Award. A newcomer to the league, Kiyomizu made the establishment sit up and take notice, punishing opposing pitchers with a .520 average, 13 hits in 25 at-bats, 2 home runs and 8 RBI. Where the Cabo San Lucas Toreros first baseman goes from here, only the baseball gods know for sure, but Kiyomizu certainly made his mark last week. Thus far this year Kiyomizu has hit .376 with 20 home runs and 55 RBIs. |   |
