 | Red-Hot Cruz TML Player of the Week Monday, April 27th, 2015 Jesús Cruz made quite a splash in the Thurman Munson League this past week. The Kansas City Tornadoes first baseman drilled opposing pitchers for 12 hits in 28 at-bats to roll up a .429 batting average and the Thurman Munson League Player of the Week Award. He also contributed 3 home runs, 10 RBIs and 5 runs scored to his club's offensive attack. This year Cruz has hit at a .347 pace and produced 16 RBIs, 6 home runs and scored 12 runs. |   |
