 | Powers's Hit Streak Reaches 20 Games Saturday, June 21st, 2014 The streak is alive and well -- at least for today. Frank Powers did it again. He bashed 1 hit in today's game and for the last 20 games in a row has collected at least one hit. The 29-year-old Maple right fielder extended his streak as the Marauders beat the Texas Gunners 9-2 at Legends Park. Frank Powers grounded out in the 2nd, grounded out in the 3rd, flied out in the 5th and hit an RBI double in the 7th. This season Powers is batting .337 with 92 hits, 5 home runs, 23 RBIs, .382 OBP and has scored 41 runs. |   |
