 | Injury Worsens, Return Delayed For Crush Ramírez Friday, October 11th, 2013 Carolina Crush starting pitcher Aurelio Ramírez got another setback today. His doctors informed him that his injury was not responding as well as they hoped to treatment and that he would be need more time to rehabilitate. If all goes well, they expect Ramírez to be ready to go within 5 days. He told BNN, "I didn't expect an oblique strain to take this long to heal." In 32 starts this year Ramírez has posted 17 wins while suffering 9 losses. He has pitched 239 innings, allowed 227 hits, struck out 219 and has a 3.39 ERA. |   |
