 | Jesters Woodard Injured Friday, May 31st, 2013 John Woodard of the Jersey Jesters was injured in today's game against Nottinghamshire and had to be helped off the field by the trainers. The initial diagnosis is a strained lat and he is expected to be out for up to 5 weeks. It happened while Woodard was running the bases. "It hurt a lot, to be honest. I just hope it heals soon and I can get back on the field." So far this season Woodard is hitting .342 with 13 home runs. |   |
