 | RCL Selects Rookie Star of the Month Wednesday, May 1st, 2013 Youngster Steve Cherry emerged as the latest Roberto Clemente League Rookie of the Month today. The young man from San Diego deserved the honor, batting .355 with 7 home runs and 21 RBI. Is the month of April a harbinger of things to come or just a fluke? We'll find out someday, but for now, we'll just let Cherry enjoy the limelight. |   |
