 | Rod Dedeaux League Winner is Grant Monday, April 28th, 2014 Charlie Grant is respected by most Oregon State Beavers fans for his no-frills style of play. The 20-year-old catcher went about his business with vigor last week to grab the Rod Dedeaux League Player of the Week honors. He compiled a .500 average (9-18) with 5 home runs, 8 RBIs and 7 runs scored. Grant is hitting .383 so far this season with 24 RBIs and 21 runs scored. He has 31 hits including 11 home runs, 16 walks and .485 OBP. |   |
