 | Injury Takes Toll, Kyle Eaton Out Wednesday, April 10th, 2013 Injuries are something every team has to deal with. That fact struck home for the Tigers when after today's game against the Buckeyes, the club found out they would be without the services of Kyle Eaton for at least 8-9 months. After the game, his manager said of the incident, "You hate to lose anyone to injury. That's always a negative." Eaton was injured earlier today throwing a pitch and suffered a partially torn ulnar collateral ligament. For the season Eaton is 1-and-1 with no saves and a 1.35 ERA. He has given up 3 hits in 6.2 innings with 9 strikeouts. |   |
