 | Drug Test Positive, League Suspends Kurihara 10 Games Tuesday, September 17th, 2013 Speaking on the condition of anonymity, an official in the league office confirmed that Whitewater reliever Masaharu Kurihara had been handed a 10-game suspension for testing positive to a banned substance. The suspension will go into effect immediately. Neither the league, nor Kurihara would comment on the suspension. During this season Kurihara has delivered 7 saves. In 37 relief appearances, he has 37 strikeouts in 46 innings with a 3.91 ERA and 5 wins and 4 losses. |   |
