 | Daniel Whitewashes Nichols Saturday, May 18th, 2013 Victoria hurler Harry Daniel was at his best as he whitewashed the Nichols Gnats 11-0 today. "He just kept the ball down, did a good job, made his pitches," said the Nichols manager. "We didn't do a good job making adjustments, so we helped him out a little bit." Daniel fired a 4-hitter and totaled 4 strikeouts and no walks in the shutout performance. Currently Daniel has a 4-3 won-lost record in 9 starts with a 3.86 ERA. He also has 48 strikeouts in 60.2 innings. |   |
