 | Springfield Second Baseman Hurt Friday, June 1st, 2012 Springfield Reformers second baseman Jerry Davenport suffered a fractured ankle during a recent game with the Billings Mustangs and will miss 4-5 months. Davenport told BNN, "I hurt it running the bases. I'm optimistic that I will be back quicker than they say." In his season totals, Davenport has 3 home runs, .237 BA, .333 OBP, 12 RBIs and 14 runs scored. He has played in 36 games. |   |
