 | Burris Hits in 20 Straight Games Tuesday, June 5th, 2012 An opposing pitcher told BNN after the Jersey-Nottinghamshire game today, "Danny Burris is hitting everything you throw at him. He is one tough out. Fortunately things went our way in the ballgame today and we came away with a 5-4 win. But Burris still continued his streak." The Outlaws second baseman now has hit safely in his last 20 games. He was 1-3 in today's contest. Danny Burris grounded out in the 1st, hit an RBI double in the 3rd, flied out in the 5th and walked in the 7th.
