 | RCL Selects Rookie Star of the Month Monday, September 1st, 2014 Tim Raines's eyes seem to light up whenever he sees the baseball. The young Montreal center fielder has been hitting everything in sight for the better part of a month. In August he was voted the Rookie of the Month Award. During the month he hit .366 with 7 doubles, 3 triples and 10 home runs. Raines also scored 27 times and drove in 22 runs. This season Raines is batting .322 with 19 home runs. He has scored 79 runs and driven in 67. |   |
