 | 5-5 Game for Becker Wednesday, June 18th, 2014 Tom Becker really sizzled at the plate in today's 9-4 win over Jacks. The Washington left fielder blistered Jacksonville for 5 hits in 5 at-bats. "Becker was too tough to get out today," the Jacks skipper said in the postgame interview. "No matter what we threw him, he hit it. And he hit some good pitches, too." Tom Becker hit an RBI single in the 1st, singled in the 4th, hit an RBI double in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 6th and singled in the 8th. Looking at his stats this year, Becker has compiled a .399 batting average, while hitting 18 home runs and driving in 69 runs. He has played in 67 games and scored 46 runs. |   |
