Eduardo Gómez Shelved by Injury Saturday, June 14th, 2014 Medical officials from the Eureka Hornets reported that the club's 35-year-old third baseman, Eduardo Gómez, suffered shoulder tendinitis in yesterday's matchup against the Dallas Texans while throwing the ball. Gómez is expected to miss 4-5 weeks of action. So far this season Gómez is batting .283 with 5 home runs. |   |
