 | Guerrero and Chase Brawl, League Suspends Them Wednesday, May 8th, 2013 The league commissioner has issued 2-game suspensions to Emílio Guerrero of Montreal and Mike Chase of San Diego. The two players were involved in a confrontation during a recent Bandits-Hops game at Labatt Bleue Park and now will miss time because of it. Neither player would comment on the suspensions. So far this year Guerrero has hit .265 with 5 home runs, 23 RBIs and 17 runs scored. To date this season, Chase has fashioned a 2.08 ERA and rung up 8 saves for his club. He has 15 strikeouts and 2 walks. Opponents have hit for a combined .190 average against him and Chase has a 0-0 won-lost mark. |   |
