 | Capitalists Chill Crawford's Hot Streak Monday, April 1st, 2013 Jim Crawford of the Nottinghamshire Outlaws came up empty at the plate today and went hitless in 3 at-bats. That put a quick end to his 23-game hitting streak. To make matters even worse, Nottinghamshire dropped the game to the Washington Capitalists 3-2. In a postgame comment Crawford told the press, "It was not a good day today. We lost the game and the streak is over." |   |
