 | Ray Lester Hurt, Out 7-8 Months Wednesday, March 20th, 2013 The Maple Marauders were dealt a severe blow when Ray Lester was hurt throwing a pitch recently in a game against the Cabo San Lucas Toreros. After the game, the team trainer reported Lester might have to spend a lengthy time on the disabled list. Today doctors confirmed it, ruling the 37-year-old starting pitcher out for the rest of the season with a torn labrum. They indicated it would take Lester at least 7-8 months to heal. |   |
