Saturday, October 20th, 2012: The Brooks era has come to a close with the firing of the Hawks general manager. Seen as inconsistent and lacking direction by the club's brass, Bryan Brooks will be free to seek employment elsewhere, though his tenure at Fukuoka SoftBank leaves a dark mark on his resume.
Hawks officials haven't begun looking for a replacement as yet, but announced that a search would begin tomorrow.
