 | League Issues 10-Game Suspensions for Brawl Sunday, October 7th, 2012: Both ORIX and Tohoku Rakuten held press conferences today and announced that several players involved in yesterday's free-for-all at Sea Hawks Stadium have been suspended for 10 games by the league office. The clubs told BNN that the Buffaloes Murai Ito and the Golden Eagles Teinosuke Mizuno will begin serving the suspensions today. For the year Ito has hit at a .312 clip with 64 RBIs, 16 home runs and 72 runs scored. Mizuno's record so far this season is 0-and-0 with no saves and a 10.34 ERA. He has given up 19 hits in 15.2 innings with 14 strikeouts. |   |
