 | Suzuki Too Tough, Blanks Chunichi Saturday, September 8th, 2012: Tsutomu Suzuki allowed 4 hits while giving up 2 walks and collecting 10 strikeouts as Tokyo Yakult blanked Chunichi 5-0. In the postgame interview Suzuki said, "I'm trying to keep the ball down and let guys put it in play. It worked for me today." For the season Suzuki has logged 10 wins and 9 losses and struck out 124 batters in 129.1 innings while compiling a 3.76 ERA. |   |
