 | Kato Gets 5 Hits Wednesday, September 25th, 2013: It was a magical day at the plate for the Swallows Ken Kato. The 30-year-old third baseman helped lift Tokyo Yakult to a 20-7 win over the Saitama Seibu Lions today at Field of the Chariots. Kato smacked 5 hits in 6 at-bats to spark his club to victory. Ken Kato singled in the 2nd, hit an RBI double in the 3rd, hit a two-run double in the 4th, singled in the 6th, struck out in the 8th and hit an RBI single in the 9th. To date this season Kato is hitting .262 with 7 home runs. |   |
