 | Players Suspended in Golden Eagles-Buffaloes Donnybrook Tuesday, July 30th, 2013: Hot tempers flared and a few punches were thrown at the Tohoku Rakuten and ORIX game yesterday and ended up with two players ejected. Tokuhei Takuda of the Golden Eagles and Hiroya Gato of the Buffaloes have now been reprimanded and issued 2-game suspensions by the league commissioner for their parts in the fracas. Currently Takuda is batting .288 with 19 home runs, 61 RBIs and 69 runs scored. This season Gato has compiled a 0-5 mark, 10.16 ERA and made 9 starts. |   |
