Monday, July 29th, 2013: It was some kind of week for Nobuhisa Yokoyama of the Chunichi Dragons. First he hits the heck out of the ball, ripping it at a .500 clip and the next thing you know, he is voted the Player of the Week in the Central League. Last week Yokoyama went 7-14, chalked up 3 home runs and 8 RBIs and scored 5 runs. Not a bad week's work at all.
In this current campaign Yokoyama is hitting at a .364 clip with 24 home runs and 72 RBIs.
