Saturday, June 9th, 2012: Another regular season has played out, and the stage is set for the next level. The Canadian Baseball League playoffs are here. It has been a long, hard grind for the contending clubs to make the Round 1. All the playoff-bound teams want to cap off the year in glorious style by capturing the prestigious 2012 Round 2 trophy. Each team will begin that journey today with these playoff games:
Victoria Capitals versus Trois-Rivieres Saints and Kelowna Heat versus Saskatoon Legends.
