 | Duder Goes 5-6 Against Niagara Tuesday, April 9th, 2013: Who needs batting practice? Kevin Duder of Victoria apparently doesn't as he battered Niagara with a 5-hit outburst in today's game to lead his club to a 15-6 win.
He told the press after the game, "And I didn't even take BP today. I think I have been taking too many swings before game and decided to take a day off. Wow, this was really something... a 5 for 6 day... will my name be in the record books now?"
Kevin Duder hit an RBI single in the 1st, singled in the 4th, hit a solo-shot off Phil Madden in the 6th, hit a three-run home run off Jeff Pittman in the 7th, singled in the 9th and flied out in the 9th.
This season Duder is batting .343 with 3 home runs. His totals include 8 RBIs and 9 runs scored. | |
