Saturday, April 28th, 2012: The Volunteers will be minus Adrián Orozco for about 4 months after the starting pitcher suffered a ruptured finger tendon while throwing a pitch in a recent game against Auburn. Orozco and the Tennessee skipper were hoping further examination might show there was less damage than originally thought and he would be absent a shorter duration.
In the current season in 6 starts, Adrián Orozco has a record of 1-1 with 38 strikeouts in 39.2 innings and a 3.86 ERA.
