Players on postseason qualifiers will get the chance of a lifetime beginning today with the NCAA College World Series, where both heroes and goats will arise, but only one team will emerge as the NCAA College World Series champion. The playoffs are a time for managers to map out pitching and batting match-ups and on-the-field strategy. Rivalries soar to new heights and destiny's fickle finger holds the fate of the teams and players. The NCAA College World Series begin today. The teams will tangle in elimination series to determine who will move on to the next round in the quest for the Holy Grail of College Feeder baseball.
